A few years back, writing Christian music was nothing more than a hobby for me.  Playing one of my songs for my mother-in-law, she said “If you don’t do something with your music, you’re going to have to stand before God someday and explain why you didn’t.”  

I was reminded of the parable of the talents in Matthew 25, which makes three unmistakable points.  First, God gives at least some measure of talent to each one of us; secondly, He commands us to make the most of the talents He’s given; and finally, we will all one day stand before Him to give an accounting of ourselves.  

The Storyteller CD is the result of a small group of believers answering this call of God on our lives.  As you listen, be encouraged to find your gift.  Then, put it to its best use, both for the glory of Jesus and the edifying of His body, the Church.
