It’s not like that at all.
It’s just that now, I
don’t want to do the
kinds of things I use to do. I really want
to do good. I really just want to serve the Lord and do what it
is that pleases Him … the best I know how. And it’s only now …
now that I’ve lived both kinds of lives, a life to serve my own
sinful desires, and a life to serve God... that I can see just how
empty a life of sin really is. And how deceived I was, in thinking
that everything was just fine … without God.
It’s not the kind of story you can really put down onto paper, the
drama of it all. So please, just listen to the music. It
tells the story better than I could ever tell it here.
